Immerse the Mind, Body, and Spirit together by attending this exercise class. MBS Immersion is open to all adults, including those whose children attend Great Bible Adventurers. The class will fill the mind with God's Word, exercise the body with gentleness, and renew the spirit with peacefulness. The exercise portion includes yoga-like moves led by Sherry Zak Morris on video.
